It was just a strong match for a couple of nights in Indianapolis with attractive and competitive value for money. The bar was understaffed, which led us to leave and explore better options around town. Check the bar hours before you head down for a drink.

The room was pretty comfy with a nice, spacious layout. I liked the decor, but the lights were a bit weird. You had to leave the key in a slot to turn them on, which was annoying. The view was decent, and overall, it felt clean, though the bathroom could’ve used a bit more attention. The beds were firm, which I guess works for some, but not ideal for everyone. Also, I heard noise from the street a couple of times.

The Alexander is situated in a prime location near Lucas Oil Stadium. Interesting art around the hotel adds character. I found the beds comfy, which helped for a good night's rest. Valet parking was quick and the staff there friendly. However, check-in took longer than expected since only one person was at the front desk. The bathroom situation could use improvement. the shower had rusty hinges and the water took too long to warm up. I also noticed some cleanliness issues with the shampoo bottles, as they had clearly been used before. During checkout, I encountered an unfriendly staff member who didn’t even make eye contact. That left a negative impression. Overall, it was a mixed experience with enjoyable aspects and some areas definitely needing attention.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful pool and the cozy fire pit area during our stay. The hotel is great for relaxation with options like spa treatments and game rooms to unwind. The only small downside was the bathroom door being a bit heavy, but it didn’t take away from our amazing time overall! 😄

missingWrote a review on 14 Augunique artworkgreat locationworn furniturebroken ironinconsistent service
The artwork throughout the hotel adds a unique flair, and the location is perfect for attending events at nearby venues. However, the rooms show signs of wear, with furniture that feels past its prime and issues like a broken iron. Service inconsistencies, particularly with room cleaning, fell short of expectations for a higher-end establishment.

Room size was impressive and the décor quite unique, but the stay wasn't without issues. Staff were occasionally unaccommodating, and I encountered noise disturbances throughout the night. Although the breakfast was decent, service was slow. Improvement needed in maintenance and guest service to match expectations.

Couple's memorable stay, with a few bumps
We just stayed for 1 night and had a great time. The parking garage was right next, easy access, and connected by a covered bridge. Plus, the beds and linens were spot on, real comfy. Shower had good pressure too! The desk staff were super friendly and made check-in a breeze!

During my stay at The Alexander, I enjoyed the spacious room and fantastic location near Gainbridge Arena. While the bathroom cleanliness could've been better, the overall experience and vibrant atmosphere made up for it. Definitely a place to return after a country concert!

missingWrote a review on 10 Marartistic featuresfirm pillowsunclear pricing
Art-inspired decor adds an inviting touch to the hotel. Firm pillows cater to those who prefer solid support during the night.
The shower water took its sweet time warming up, while bits of rust appeared near the hinges. Surprisingly, used shampoo and conditioner bottles raised some eyebrows, leaving me curious about what I was actually using. On top of that, the TV sat on a table instead of being mounted on the wall, hogging valuable counter space. Parking also felt hefty at $35, and unclear pricing rules added to the confusion, leading to an unexpected $70 charge when it should’ve been much less.
